Friday and Saturday $145.00 a night for 2 people

$250.00 a night for 4 people

4 people maximum     Adults only please

GENERAL POLICIES

The Lil Red Guesthouse is a non-smoking facility.

Smoking is permitted on the deck in back by the bluffs.

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returned checks are subject to $25.00 fee.

Guests will be billed for damaged or missing items.

Please no candles or open fires of any kind on the premises.

Early departures still require full payment of your scheduled stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A notice of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival

for a full refund, otherwise a gift certificate for another night stay will be issued

only if the guesthouse is re-booked.

Check in time is 2:00 p.m.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
